Developing Capability Statements / Sharpening the Tools of Your Trade - Wasilla

A good capability statement can open doors of opportunity for your business. It can gain you access to buyers that were otherwise uninterested. This seminar will help explain what a capability statement is and why you should have one, what it should contain, and how it can be used to help market your business and develop new opportunities. If you already have a capability statement bring it to class. We'll review it and give you some realtime "buyer feedback" from other attendees. But first we'll be learning the basics of purpose, content, and design, and examine some samples of capability statements to see what works and what doesn't. We'll also be discussing proper use and content of business cards, and creating mission and vision statements and explain why they're as important to you as to your prospective customers.
